The way I solved these two problems is I created a gallery for each year which has my best photos of that year. These groups frequently come back so there are groups where you can see their transitions over the 20+ years. Counter to that, my idea is that there are folks out there looking for images of a specific music group and so once they find me, then they might search for "Favorite Group X" and want to see all the (decent) images I've taken of that group. My idea is that I want galleries of my best images so if folks are looking for a photographer, they come across my best images first. I've gone through and tagged all of them. I've been going to an Irish music festival for 20+ years now and I have tons of images and videos. I'm going to back up a step and explain the problem I'm actually trying to solved.
