Hope this message will help someone else :) When you'll launch the game, it should be activated :) (In the case of Line statistic plus for example, simply put the file "lineStatisticsPlus.gs" in ""C:\GOG Games\Cities in Motion\addons\". To install one mod, create the folder "addons" in your game's installation folder ("C:\GOG Games\Cities in Motion\addons") and put the mod inside. There is a german mod page where there seems to be a lot of things too ! On the russian mod page, there are a lot of maps too :) (and vehicles). So I wanted to share this results if it could interest someone. But I was looking desperately for the "Line statistic plus" mod, and finally found all of this.
